Extra virgin olive oil obtained from different varieties : Cayon, Cailletier, Coucourelle, Ribier, Picholine, Aglandau and Bouteillan harvested in the in the family olive groves.
On the palate the fruit is intense and characterized by herbaceous taste, raw artichoke, moderately spicy.
